Warranty Information

At Modern Flames Store, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer comprehensive warranty coverage for all Modern Flames products purchased. Our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind, knowing that we stand behind the performance and reliability of every item we sell.

Five Year Warranty

  • Covered Products: All Modern Flames products (when registered)
  • Details: Coverage lasts for five (5) years from the date of purchase when registered with the manufacturer. If unregistered, standard two-year warranty applies.

Two Year Warranty

  • Covered Products: Products not registered within 30 days of purchase
  • Details: Coverage lasts for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

One Year Warranty

  • Covered Products: Integrated screens (covered for one year from purchase)
  • Details: Products are covered for one (1) year.

Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty Coverage: If a product is found defective, Modern Flames may repair, replace, or refund the purchase price. Warranty claims are only accepted from the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, consumable parts, damage caused by improper installation or misuse, or environmental damage (e.g., storms, floods) are not covered.

Labor Credit (1 Year)

  • Covered Products: Labor for service or repair within the first year of purchase.
  • Details: Up to $100 in labor credit for one service. Travel or additional fees are not covered.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Void Warranty: If the product is not installed or maintained according to Modern Flames guidelines, or modified with unauthorized parts or repairs.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser for products which are installed in the United States or Canada and which are operated and maintained as intended
for single family residential usage. This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase, commences on the date of purchase, and terminates (both as to original and any
replacement products) on the anniversary date of the original purchase of the product per the above schedules.

Manufacturer troubleshooting may be required before initiating a warranty claim.
